Kaliedo Hybrid 3200 UV Printer was made for longevity and efficiency, enclosed in a safety hood and heavy frames. These printers can print on virtually every material from foamboard to acrylic and even fabrics, wallpapers, vinyl, banners, canvas, etc., with bright colours and an exact UV ink output.
Smooth, high-speed printing is ensured by Maglev motion technology and a metallic encoder. Stability is ensured by PLC-controlled UV ink supply and negative pressure systems, while user-friendliness and safety are offered by a touchscreen control panel, automatic vacuum adjustment, and anti-crash sensors.
In terms of printheads, there are many optional configurations available between 12 and 32 Konica 1024 Atom supporting CMYK, Lc, Lm, white, and varnish; capable of printing at rates higher than 100 sqm per hour.
Driving System
High-level weaved conveyor belt with automatic vacuum power adjustment keeps both rigid and flexible materials firmly on the printing platform, preventing media skew or wrinkles.
Versatile
Adopts PLC-controlled ink supply and white stirring system for reliable printing. Integrated control buttons and alarm information into the touch screen for a user-friendly interface. Includes harness stop and anti-crash sensors for safe production.
Printhead
Powered by state-of-the-art printheads for mass production with a maximum speed of 180 sqm/h in draft mode. Uses advanced grayscale printing with variable ink drops of 6/12/18pl for excellent color saturation.
Maglev Technology
Equipped with a Maglev driving system and metallic encoder raster on the X-axis for smooth and accurate ink drop placement. Achieves high-speed printing with 30% ink savings compared to older technologies.
Loop Control
Loop-controlled roll media winding and rewinding system ensures stable material feeding and collection. Features inflatable rollers, a balancing roller, and adjustable suction power for smooth flexible media printing.
LED Curing
Uses an LED UV curing system for energy efficiency and reduced heat impact, making it suitable for a wide range of materials.
